JDG Investigations, Inc. (JDG) is a full-service firm that investigates and prepares cases for trial in civil litigation. It builds on the 25 years' experience of its founder and principal investigator and its six years of continuous service to its law firm, insurance company and government clients.

     JDG provides a comprehensive range of trial preparation and investigative services, including locating and interviewing witnesses, experts and other parties; producing detailed signed statements; conducting site investigations; performing surveillance; obtaining photographs and/or video footage; reviewing legal files; preparing and filing legal documents; providing process service (with a 90 % in-hand rate); providing premise liability; performing criminal background searches; and performing searches for prior litigation.

John D. Givens, Founder, President and Principal Investigator

     Mr. Givens has more than 26 years of experience in investigations and preparing cases for trial. After earning a his degree from Monroe College, Mr. Givens started his career as a process server for a high-visibility law firm in New York. He was later promoted to a legal file clerk. He worked under several well-known attorneys and assisted them in reveiwing and preparing high-profile Plaintiff and Defendant personal injury premises liability, automoble insurance claims and medical malpractice litigation.

     Mr. Givens later branched out to gain the full experience of investigating personal injury cases for established investigations firms in New York and Long Island. He founded JDG Investigations, Inc., in 2003. He is a licensed New York State Private Investigator, a licensed Commissioner of Deeds, and is licensed by the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs as a Process Server.
